Finding a therapist is often such a difficult process. It is hard to know what is going to feel caring, supportive, and helpful when life feels too hard to manage. My hope is that I can help you on the journey and create an environment where it feels safe and accessible to find the help and healing you are seeking. The role I take is to make spaces where we can work together to figure out what is hindering/impacting you and explore where these barriers originate. There is a lot of complexity to your experience, and I want to be able to honor that while also helping you move toward growth and healing.
As a therapist
My area of focus is working with adult individuals from a psychoanalytic approach. In this style of therapy we will collaborate together to understand you as an individual more fully. This will include discussing and being curious about how you have learned to relate to others, the ways you feel internally as a result of your experience, and the ways you have learned to protect yourself because of the pain you have endured. The goal of diving into all of this is to gain insight into the barriers that hinder your ability to connect with others deeply and experience life fully.

My greatest desire is to see people feel supported and thriving. Through building a positive relationship, being curious about your experience, and building the relational tools needed to move through life, I see my clients grow and become content with being their authentic self. I am looking forward to hearing from and connecting with you.
Services + Clients
My area of focus is working with adult individuals from a psychoanalytic approach. I work with diverse demographics, and I hold space for those navigating the complexities of life. I am passionate about offering identity-affirming care and counseling for those within the LGBTQ+ community. I also specialize in creating spaces for those with depression, anxiety, trauma, life-transitions, and difficulties with family. I am dedicated to creating a space where people can take steps towards the growth and healing they are desiring.
My Fees
My fee for a 50 minute session is $135. This fee is charged after session, and I accept cash or card forms of payment. I am unfortunately not currently accepting insurance but have some sliding scale payment options available for a limited number of patients.

Cancellations are accepted if they are initiated 48-hours in advance at no charge. If a session is canceled less than 48-hours in advance, I do my very best to reschedule within the same week if possible, but the full session fee will be charged if we are unable to meet.
About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate (LPCC) in the city of Denver. I received my Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Missouri in 2017. I continued my studies in 2019 and later received a Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2022. During my program, I was an intern therapist for a year and a half at Great Oaks Therapy in Kansas City, MO. At my internship I learned to sit with diverse demographics with varying needs and problems and helped them work towards health and healing.

After moving to Denver in 2022, I started my practice as a clinician at Caring Heart Counseling, where I am currently seeing patients for psychotherapy. My office is
located in downtown Denver in the Capital Hill area.
